It’s no secret that flip flow is the globally recognised screening technology giving the
highest efficiency results for the treatment of sticky, clogging and sharp materials that
typically create blinding in standard screening applications.
However flip flow screening is not “the solution for all occasions”.
In some cases high moisture material and special environment conditions, especially in
those parts of the World having dry and rainy season, flip flow screens suffer blinding
anyway.

boomerang shaped and peanut shaped apertures.
These apertures get stretched and relaxed together with the screen mats thanks to the
flip flow stroke action.
This effect exponentially increases the working principle of flip flow screens.

PU modular panel Installation:
Installing and replacing of modules can be done without special knowledge and simply a hammer and a large screwdriver are needed.
With only some strokes the module will be pushed into the adapter slat.
For the removal of the panels, a screwdriver is used. Once one module edge has been extracted from the adapter slat, the panel itself will bend and the click-in profile easily removed from the substructure slat, making removal easier.
